Although this looks lots like I've done photoshopping on it, I haven't. Although this looks like it was painted, it wasn't.
This is purely the byproduct of composing a HDR Image from 3 Sky photos at different exposures, and then running them through a Mantiuk Tone Mapper.
There's a bit of balooning from the drift in the cloud between exposures.
